Tjorven came to us from Sweden the 6/8-98. Already she has taken our hearts with storm! She is a safe, sound and beautiful puppy, with eyes that can melt the heart of a rock. Just not our old males heart! He finds this new family member much to forward. That she takes too much for granted, and submits to less. Most of the time they are the best of friend, but that she needs correction; so he means!
We two legged are very pleased with her, even though we agree she has a lot to learn. Like that the sofa, the dining table and most of the other stuff in our house, is NOT the same as chewing bone!
Tjorven is also trying to leave us; by digging a tunnel to China...
If she doesn't leave us within the nearest time, this and her other pages will be updated with new photos of this chubby, shaggy and cunning little girl!
Leonberger is a superb dog, no doubt about that! Tjorven has entered the "poodlelife" as best she can, and my youngest poodlebitch has become her best friend. They play, cuddle and have a wonderful time together. Also I think Tjorven sees it as her duty to look after "her little friend". Nobody gets to bully with Ecco (the poodle), becourse then Tjorven comes along and roars from deep down her belly.

Now Tjorven has become 11 months old, and she has been to her first shows.
They went well, although it were her first times. She was shown for two judges from Hungary,
and this is what they said:
First dag - Very good substance and proportions. Correct and
harmonic. Good pigment, light color.
Second day - Good size. Typical head with correct teeth.
Good bone and angulation.
1JK 2JKK both days.

Tjorven is the perfect mother. Here she is doing my son nice, clean and ready to sleep. When sleeping under Tjorven, my son is as safe as he can be!
