Laffen (Apricot Dressed First N Foremost)

August 24. 2001 did my dear Tjorven give birth to seven leonbergerpuppies. One of them stood out from the beginning; a strong male with a big appetite and even bigger attitude. He var first, with almost everything - so he just had to be named First N Foremost. And that's exactly what he is; First and foremost, with a solid place in my hearth! Apricot Dressed First N Foremost is called Laffen (nick name for the former king of Norway)!

I am getting more and more pleased with this powerful, well-buildt, in every way strong male! He is x-rayed HD/AA/eyes clear, and meets the breed club requirements for breeding. He was also earlier assessed by the Swedish Leonberger Club and given the green light in Lathunden (very briefly, this means he increases the gene pool of the breed if he is used in breeding).

Summer of 2007 we got little Kikki. From time to time, Laffen think this Swedish puppy is more than creative. But even so, Laffen lets her sleep besides him - and then everything is okay! When it comes to rainsing puppies, Laffen is great as always - he is calm and gentle, but at the same time a strong and true pack leader. If Kikki becomes half of what you are, Laffen - she'll be great!

Laffen has a superb temperament; he is strong, calm and balanced. His best assets are most likely his powerful and very well developed bone and body.

Laffen has become 9 years (2010), but he is still the same strong and beauful male that I love almost more than life! Head, eyes, everything... To me he is the most stunning! And most important; he's got a heart of gold - just as big as himself!

30. August 2010: Big, strong, powerful and beloved Laffen - you gave me more than anyone can give. No words can describe just how wonderful you were, and no words can describe the amount I miss you.
